Click "Download anyway" when prompted.

Create a new folder in your Documents and name it what you please.

Once downloaded (to the downloads folder) right click on it and select "extract all".

4/

Extract to the folder you've just created. Click on "extract".

5/

Go into this folder and click on the file "my project". This will start the game.
